NICK is a single AI operations system. It takes on network, phone, field, cable, hosting and back-office work — each job scoped to what it should touch, and every action human-accountable. It isn’t a chatbot, and it isn’t a shelf of separate products. We built it for our own network.
What it does, in four words.
Monitors the network around the clock and correlates the noise into a verdict a human can act on — then proves its own alarms actually fire, so silence means quiet, not a dead sensor.
Answers the customer line, helps the front desk and the field crew in plain language, and hands a clean escalation to a person the moment judgment is needed.
Provisions subscribers, automates the repetitive work, and even produces a live local cable channel end-to-end — every public-facing output passing a human gate.
Keeps documentation, tickets and the change record current and cross-referenced, so tracing a problem is a lookup instead of an investigation.
NICK is read-only by default; changes to production are proposed first and approved by a named person, and everything is on the record. It grew its authority the way you’d grow a new hire’s — and a human can stop it at any time.
We publish our approach to running AI on a production network — the principles and the limits, stated plainly. We don’t publish the internals, because you don’t need them to judge whether the governance is sound. Read the governance statement →
You can’t license NICK — but you can hire what it does: remote troubleshooting, repair and AI-assisted management of your network, run by an operator who does this for a living. See what we offer → Or just compare notes on the AI side: hello@cwn-ops.com
